Sucasa is removing the barrier to entry for homeownership in Australia. The new startup is allowing homebuyers to invest in their own homes rather than their landlords mortgage. Sucasa needed an identity that balanced their financial trustworthiness whilst being approachable to first home buyers.
The identity revolves around this balance. The logo lock up is made up of a brutalist mark, an abstracted ladder/roof, contrasting against a rounded lowercase mark. Equally contrasting is the colour palette, a range of soft pastels to compliment the primary charcoal and white. This allows for flexibility across the system, more approachable in the marketing whilst being able to flex to more corporate outputs when necessary.
